Yes. A swap is an exchange of two existing bookings. Both parties must already have a test booked with DVSA.
Completely. The DVSA officially supports test swaps between learner drivers. You call them directly on 0300 200 1122. We're just the matchmaker. We never access DVSA systems.
If your partner accepts and pays but doesn't cooperate with the DVSA call, we'll refund your payment and put you back in the pool to find a new match.
Only your DVSA booking reference and your full name. Those are the two pieces of information DVSA needs on the swap call. We never share your phone number, email, licence number, or address.
Since 31 March 2026, you're only allowed 2 changes to your DVSA booking. A swap counts as one change for each person, so both need at least one change remaining.
